Friday March 10th
3-7pm -Packet Pick-up at Spearfish Canyon Lodge, Roughlock Room.
Saturday March 11th
- 6:30-7am: Emergency only Packet Pick-up at Spearfish Canyon Lodge. You MUST contact Kristi Jewett at kj@kristijewett.com no later than Thursday evening before race weekend, and inform her of an emergency packet pick up! If you do not contact her by this date she will not have a packet for you to pick up.
- 7am: Racer meeting in lobby of Spearfish Canyon Lodge.
- 7:30am: Race Starts right outside of Spearfish Canyon Lodge.
- 11:30-2pm: Complimentary Lunch and Crow Peak Brews (until the kegs run out) in Roughlock Room. Non racers may purchase food at the Latchstring restaurant across the street (purchase it to go and join us in the lodge).
- 1 or 2pm (depending on course conditions/finishing times): Awards ceremony and prize raffle for all participants will be held in lobby of the Spearfish Canyon Lodge. Must be present to WIN!!
- Rent a room and stick around for the evening after party! We’ll be celebrating the Last Weekend of Winter with live music and a rider social from 7-9pm in the Lobby of the Spearfish Canyon Lodge!
